St Charles is a lovely little neighborhood for eating and drinking, and it’s close to central Biarritz and the beaches. The location was ideal, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, just as described. Even after a miscommunication and some last-minute changes on my end, the staff were really accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Roman, a very nice, laid-back guy who had some good local tips. Until next time!
I had a really nice stay at Hotel Saint Charles in Biarritz. The brunch was lovely, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was the best service I’ve experienced in the South of France. I’ll definitely be back!
The room was very poorly lit. Location gets a 1, but the surroundings, room comfort, and cleaning all get 0. The common areas were also a 0, as were the staff's attitude, kindness and politeness, and the service.
The brunch was delicious, and the staff made us feel so welcome with how kind they were. We loved staying here and will definitely come back. It's a beautiful hotel with real charm, tucked into the nicest, calmest neighborhood in Biarritz.
The staff really made this place for me, they were so friendly and helpful! My room was cute and clean, and the hotel has a lovely vintage look. It's in a quiet neighborhood, while still being well placed for the beaches and city centre. I had a lovely stay. 🧡
