We found free parking inside the residence in November. There’s a tennis court, an outdoor pool and a play area for kids, and the beach is an easy walk away. Soundproofing was average.

The location wasn’t as good as I expected, quite far from the city center. Our studio was dirty and full of flies, and the towels in the room were unclean. I’d asked for extra towels and was told they’d be brought, but they never were, so I had to keep asking for them. They also expect you to clean up before you leave, which is ironic given the state of the place. I don’t recommend it.

Parking was a plus, and the location worked well for my event around the corner. The manager was also very nice. But the stay started badly: the first room had been double booked, and I walked in to find someone else’s belongings there. The door on the second room wouldn’t lock. I only discovered that too late, after I’d called the manager to move me, since staff are only there until 7 pm. The amenities were very basic.

The accommodation is nice and clean, and the pool is beautiful. It’s quite close to the beaches, but getting there means walking along a road through car parks. Swimming in the sea nearby is very difficult, so the pool is great if you want to swim.

The walls were very thin, and there wasn’t a proper blanket, just a thin one. The room also felt run down and smelled musty.
