The pool, rooms, and breakfast are all really good, and the hotel gets a lot right: modern design, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The 25m pool was a highlight, and the breakfast buffet was top notch. But the room climate control was a serious problem. The hotel chooses centrally whether the system heats or cools, and guests can’t control it. We stayed the week before Easter, when it was sunny and warm enough to enjoy the pool, but the system was still heating. It was 25°C in our room that evening, the windows wouldn’t open, and there was no way to cool it down. Sleeping like that was absolutely unacceptable. On the Côte d'Azur, where spring can already be warm, guests should have individual temperature control. Without this issue, it would easily be five stars.

Boyan, Youssef, Rhoma, and Orkun made us feel at home with their professionalism and positive attitude. The team was incredibly welcoming, the rooms spotless, and the atmosphere modern and energetic. One of the best hotel stays we’ve had. Highly recommended!

No phone in the room, so if you need anything you have to head down to reception. I needed a power converter and was sent to buy one from a vending machine, while hotels usually lend them for free. Breakfast had very little choice, and the hot food looked dried out, like it had been sitting there for hours. Drinks at the bar were expensive too. It’s style over substance, and I wouldn’t stay again.

Dinner was the big letdown. We waited over an hour, then found out the kitchen had forgotten our order. Mistakes happen, but no one apologized or tried to put things right. As a business traveler with limited time, I felt dismissed, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the office was close by, so getting to work was easy. Housekeeping kept the room very clean and tidied it every day, and breakfast offered a decent selection.
