We had a good experience.

Sophie, the residence manager, makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive and helps make the stay feel like a sunny getaway. The residence is beautiful and in an ideal spot. This was our third visit, and Biscarosse is still our favorite destination. Thanks to her and the whole team.

The location is ideal, but nights were noisy with bars and restaurants nearby. We stayed for a week in August, and the residence itself was in poor shape: it felt old and badly maintained, with bedding that hadn't been changed, rusty radiators and mirrors, and tables still sticky since… Covid (!) and apparently left that way. The fridge was broken, though that was acceptable. Cleaning was questionable too, since the apartment was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. For six people, only one bathroom was usable. The stovetop was partly broken, and the pool felt too cold even though it was advertised as heated. Wi-Fi wasn't included, just offered as an extra, despite the week costing €1,500. The biggest concern was safety: a window facing the street was secured with a fishing net screwed onto a rusty wooden frame. Unacceptable. (Photo attached) Prices are at 2025 levels, but the services feel 15 years old. At that price, they need to modernize or lower the rates.
