We spent two nights in this tidy, very clean hotel. The bedroom was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the large bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower. A couple of small things let it down: there was no hairdryer in the room, and after our first evening the coffee cups hadn't been washed and the sachets hadn't been replenished. A note said more could be bought at reception. I wouldn't have thought providing a couple of sachets each day was too much to expect.

Right in the town centre, close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, this hotel was a great base. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a balcony over the square. Staff were very helpful, and there was even a locked garage for our four bicycles.

We stayed for five days and enjoyed every one of them. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's central location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A typical city hotel, clean and nicely presented, with good access for continuing a journey. The night staff were accommodating, and the price was reasonable. Parking is for small vehicles only!

Comfy room with a nice terrace, in a very nice hotel right in the center of Biscarrosse.
