We had a spacious comfort room, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and the water temperature just right. The beach is under a five-minute bike ride away, and the lake takes about ten minutes by car. Highly recommend. One tip if you want a lie-in: put the “do not disturb” sign on the door. I forgot, and the lovely chambermaids woke me at 9.45 on Sunday to clean the room.

The people and service were extremely friendly, practical and constructive, and always ready to help. The rooms are simple and newly renovated, but you can hear the street from the pool. Breakfast has no vegan choices and very few vegetarian ones, and the restaurant isn't workable for vegetarians.

The rooms have good air conditioning, and the pool is nicely managed. Breakfast was good too. I'm glad to recommend the hotel and will come back when I'm in the area.

A good hotel in Biscarrosse Plage, with a heated pool and a great restaurant. There's tennis nearby too.

4/10
The location is nice, but the hotel feels old and dated, and the summer rate is too high for what you get. The staff weren't friendly, and the pool wasn't what it seemed. It's okay if you'll be spending your days at the beach.
