Villa Sunshine

We loved our stay and were sad to leave. The owners greeted us when we arrived and came to say goodbye when we left. They were so kind, welcoming and accommodating.

The beach was an easy 10-15 minute walk, and the Spar supermarket, with all the essentials, was five minutes away on foot. For a bigger shop, you'll need to drive about 15 minutes to Biscarrosse, where there are much larger supermarkets. Villa Sunshine is in a quiet residential area, with Biscarrosse-Plage town centre around a 10-minute walk away. Driving there is quicker if you can find parking. We stayed for 10 days as a family and had a wonderful time. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed with two beds in total, plus a private bathroom and toilet. There is a small shared kitchen with its own refrigerator and all the necessary equipment, along with a lovely garden and shaded terrace. The villa can host up to three parties, each with private space as well as shared areas. Guests can join surf lessons arranged by the host if they want. The hosts live upstairs and are always around to help with questions or problems, in German, English and French. We also had a barbecue with the host and another host family, which was lovely. That was completely optional and arranged beforehand. The price felt fair for the season and general costs in the region. Some campsites with tent pitches are nearly more expensive. We'd love to come back anytime! 🏖️🌞♥️

I spent a whole week at the villa with a childhood friend, and had some amazing surf lessons with Julien. What a memorable week in what I call the house of happiness. There were lovely people to meet, Nelly and Julien's little boy, their animals, and Julien's mother. The villa is superbly equipped, the rooms are spotless, and you can walk to the beaches. Don't miss it if you want a fantastic stay that leaves you with a head full of memories and a heart full of joy ❤️

Julien made our first steps in surfing really enjoyable. He explains things so well and has such a cool attitude, just what we needed! Staying near the vivier meant we could ride bikes with our surfboards, which was both handy and a bit different. Thanks so much, we’ll be back 😄
