OSKO - Hôtel Toulouse Aéroport

We paid extra for early check-in, and the rooms were comfortable. There was only one set of towels for two adults, so I had to ask for another while we were in the room. Staff came straight in without knocking. The hot breakfast dishes weren't warm either, and construction noise from the lobby carried into the restaurant.

I rarely write reviews, but this was a very disappointing stay, and people should check what they're served. I'd booked five days including Christmas after staying at Hilton hotels many times. The ownership change was unfortunate. We were served the same meals each day, often a mix of old and new food, and it looked stale. There was nothing special on Christmas. My family started feeling unwell, so we ate less to avoid nausea. My youngest, age 9, had a bad episode by day three, and the older ones complained too. The worst part was the milk brought to our room. It was expired. On day four, I found November-dated milk delivered in December, after we'd complained about this from day one. There was only one day when the milk wasn't expired, and its yellow color is what made us check the date. You don't expect expired milk on vacation. The room linen wasn't changed either, despite the same daily price. We noticed marks on the sheets that had been covered by pillows, and they were still there the next day, so we had to ask reception to change them. I made a clear complaint at checkout. We pay for a safe, healthy vacation, and this experience fell far short.

Very clean and nice, and the staff were helpful. It's great if you have an early flight. We'll definitely use this hotel again.

I used to stay here for years when it was Hampton by Hilton because it was near the airport and good value. Now that it's Osko, I was disappointed to find that the simple breakfast, once included with a standard room, costs an extra €18 per person. That's another 28% on top of the room price. Maybe this points to more changes under Osko's ownership.
