The quiet nights, cozy bed, sheets, pillows, and duvets made it easy to relax here. The garden has lots of flowers and plants, the huge back yard has plenty of parking, and the property dates to 1680. There’s a fitness room, though it was being painted during our stay, and our son especially loved spending time with Pixel, the cute Labrador. Magda even took us for an evening stroll and showed us around, including a villa built in the 16th Century. The place is also close to some of Normandy’s best spots. Honestly, it felt magical, and worth staying in just to wander the back garden and unwind, even if you had nothing else planned. We were a family of three with our 12-year-old son. Magda was cheerful, always smiling, and ready to answer questions or help us out. She paid attention to the details and asked what we wanted for breakfast, then prepared that and more. We didn’t know French-style cooking well and wasted some food on the first morning, but after we talked about it, breakfast was changed the next day. We enjoyed every moment, and our son wants to come back for at least a week. Thank you for making the stay pleasant. A bathroom exhaust fan and sensor lights on the first floor, instead of having to switch them on as we walk, might make the place even better. Just a thought.
