Haras De Blingel

Great for a big group, with good facilities. And the puppies and horses are a real treat.

For my 60th birthday, the owners suggested a lovely countryside walk where we could take in the scenery, the architecture, and especially the beautiful horses. They were friendly, helpful, and honest throughout our stay. The cottages look rustic but are comfortable, with clean sheets, warm duvets, and well-equipped kitchens. We also enjoyed unwinding in the pool and sauna. There’s a gym too, though we didn’t try it. The meeting and party room worked well for our group of 30-35. A memorable visit, thank you.

The stud farm was huge, and the beautiful setting made our family weekend feel special. We had everything we needed and a marvelous time. I’d happily recommend it.

Everyone enjoyed the big games room with its pool table and foosball, and the pool area was lovely. The children were especially taken with the pony wandering freely and getting to see the horses. We slept well in the comfortable bedrooms, which had plenty of storage. The cottage has a charming feel and a roomy, fully equipped kitchen, though the living area is a little small. One drawback: you can’t use both bathrooms at once, since turning on the water downstairs leaves no water upstairs. It’s a peaceful rural spot with walks on the property and nearby. The welcome was pleasant, though it was a bit hard to find someone for check-in. We had a nice family stay. We like discovering new places, so I’m not sure we’ll come back, but I’d definitely recommend it.
