The staff were friendly, and the price was really affordable. I was there to celebrate Christmas with my whole family. The meeting rooms were nice, and we arranged them as a dining room.

We had a really pleasant stay with 60 Year 8 students. Everyone appreciated the food, which included tasty dishes with a choice of meat or fish, plus a variety of starters and desserts presented nicely. The accommodation was very clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional.

The food was a letdown. Dinner was basic, had very little choice, and wasn't good quality. Breakfast was a disaster, with not even enough for a simple piece of toast with chocolate spread. The cleanliness also needs work: dust was everywhere and there were large hairs on the beds, which felt really unsettling. The bathroom seemed relatively clean, at least. Staff were welcoming, the one real bright spot. There's also a pleasant common room with foosball and table tennis for relaxing. The location is a serious concern, in a neighborhood that felt unsafe, especially at night. I wouldn't feel safe there after dark. Avoid unless you only need a roof for the night and friendly staff are enough.
