Appart'City Confort St Quentin En Yvelines – Bois d'Arcy - Appart Hôtel

I was charged an extra 96 euros on my card without any explanation. This wasn’t the room deposit, which should be 80 euros. The hotel manager said it was a mistake and promised the money would be refunded that day, but a month later I still hadn’t received it. Management showed no real interest in fixing the issue, and the hotel eventually stopped replying to my messages. Look elsewhere if you don’t want to end up in the same situation.

The rooms are worn and pretty shabby, and the staff weren’t very friendly either.

We had a pleasant stay for a very good price. The hotel is modern, new, quiet, and private, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great view of the roundabout. It’s well placed for Versailles and other tourist spots. There are a few free spaces outside the underground parking, which closes at night, or you can pay a little extra for the added security of the underground garage. At night, the code you receive lets you into both areas. Breakfast was the weak point: there were no hot dishes like eggs or sausages ready, and you had to ask reception to prepare some. That wasn’t workable with our tight schedule, though we did manage to get hot food on our second day. The restaurant area was a bit cold too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The service was the worst, and the people were very unfriendly. After we had to cancel because our car was completely robbed, they were friendly and promised to refund our money. Since then, we haven’t been able to reach the accommodation, and the money still hasn’t been returned. They haven’t replied to our emails or even to booking.com, where we made the reservation.
