The bathroom is tiny, and bugs come up through the drain. The rooms are dirty and smell bad. When I raised it with the receptionist, they said, “I can't do much about it.” The AC barely works, and there's a smell of cigarettes or something like a zoo.

If you arrive after 10 pm, there's no self-check-in kiosk. Once reception has closed, there's also no proper sign showing where the entrance is.

I travel a lot and have never had to pay extra taxes like this. We paid the taxes when booking online, then were charged again at reception, which seemed suspicious. The room was small, the bed linen dirty, and there was a cigarette smell. The “bathroom” honestly felt like a camping toilet. The woman at reception looked unkempt and couldn't speak any English. It was horrible.

They charged me twice for the stay, and the bed smelled awful. The rooms are small, and the whole experience was terrible. One of the most useless hotels you can find in Paris. I'm not going back.
