The apartment was moldy and run-down, and the owner was rude and filthy. What a shame that such a place doesn't live up to its potential. Avoid it at all costs.

The manor is well placed, about half an hour from Étretat, Le Havre, and Fécamp. The room was fairly decent despite smelling musty, but the bathroom was in terrible shape, with a small patch of mold under the shower tray. When I reported it, the owner said it was the guests' fault for not knowing how to shower. He showed no empathy, didn't offer to move us, and just removed the mold. Breakfast was adequate, though portions were small and there wasn't much choice: half a baguette for four people and four croissants.

There was a strong damp smell, and both the sheets and blankets were dirty. The room might be acceptable for one night, but not for several days. I wouldn't come back. It was very dusty too.

The welcome was friendly, though it wasn't perfect 🤔
