After a 12-hour drive, this was a pretty miserable experience. We booked on booking.com at 18:30 that night and asked to check in at 23:00. They confirmed the late arrival and said there’d be no reception after 22:00, but that we could use the check-in console in the hallway. The machine wouldn’t recognize the reservation number they’d sent me. We waited an hour for booking.com to cancel the reservation, and calls to Ibis Customer Service didn’t get us any help. Bad service. No more Ibis.

I arrived after a big race in the region on the night of 5-6 July. The receptionist was welcoming and encouraging, and the staff were great. Awesome work!

The vending machines only take cash. I’ve stayed here before and really like it, one of the best Ibis Budgets I’ve stayed at. Just before midnight, a very helpful receptionist changed my room to one that suited me better.

It smells bad, and it wasn’t clean enough for us. We expected something like an IBIS, but this wasn’t it. There was only one towel, the bed was short, and breakfast was a bit lacking in food, with no cheese or anything like that. If we come back to this area, we definitely won’t stay here again.

The hotel is right by the highway. The room was clean, and breakfast was okay.
