Les Authentics - Le Domaine d'Autrefois & Spa

The spa was a real treat, with a whirlpool, sauna, cold plunge pool, showers, and a quiet lounge. We’d love to return. The rooms are roomy, the kitchen has everything, and the place was spotless. The bathrooms are modern and each has a separate toilet, so people can shower and use the toilet at the same time. Everyone also gets a bathrobe and several towels, which is great.

The relaxation area is lovely, though with 8 people staying in the house, everyone ended up using the jacuzzi for a long time. Maybe time slots would give everyone a chance to enjoy it. The stable room is gorgeous, with lots of thoughtful details, and there were nice touches waiting for us when we arrived. Great amenities and really comfortable beds. And a special mention for Cindy, who was so kind...

The location works really well for visiting Strasbourg and the Alsace Wine Route, including all those lovely villages. The wellness area is huge, with two whirlpools, a plunge pool, and several saunas. They provide bathrobes and sauna towels too. The bedrooms are spacious and everything was very clean. The living room is on the small side, but the covered terrace is fantastic and large. The kitchen is superbly stocked with everything needed to cook.

We stayed in LA MAISON, the biggest apartment, and there was loads of room for everyone, with a bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. Just keep in mind you really need a car to get to the shops. The place has everything for a lovely vacation, even if the weather isn't great. It’s been renovated and furnished with a lot of care, and there’s plenty to enjoy in the apartments as well as the spa and wellness area. Such a beautiful spot. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
