I've been trying for two months to get in touch with both Booking.com and the property, but I still haven't received a refund. The property says it never promised a full refund, while Booking.com says it's not their problem. I think they're scammers because the messages on Booking.com disappeared right away. This all started two hours before our planned arrival, when they told us we had to pay €150 for cleaning, a fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. When we tried to sort it out, they said we'd get a 100% refund if we cancelled through Booking.com.

Getting into the apartment was difficult: the street is mostly pedestrian, the entrance is hard to spot, there's nowhere convenient to leave luggage, and the name isn't displayed anywhere. Check-in is at the Hotel Crentre Nautique, about 200 meters away on another street. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, and we found lots of cockroaches on the stairs. There is just one toilet for the two bedrooms. The hotel's parking is outdoors.
