The Wi-Fi only worked for two days, and there were hardly any electrical outlets. The stairs up to the apartment didn't feel safe either. The listing photos give a misleading impression: they don't show the steps down to the small kitchen. Then there's the tiny courtyard and the filthy armchairs. As for the view, the photos speak for themselves. I don't criticize easily, but this is too much. I left one star so people can see my rating and the pictures.

They gave us such a warm welcome and great tips for seeing the city. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Rouen!

People are so aggressive these days. Stay home, it's safer. Incivility everywhere, speeding, a dirty environment, and the municipal police are lax. This is a region to avoid.

The owner leaves a welcome booklet with ideas for exploring the area. We were warmly welcomed, and the accommodation was very clean. It's in a quiet spot close to the city.
