Gîte des 3 Mathildes

We stayed for a week with our dog at the beginning of May and felt right at home. The fenced property meant we could let the dog run around outside. The house and garden are well maintained, though there's not much decoration. From the terrace you can watch the sea and sunset. We'd happily return.

We had a warm welcome from the owner, thank you, Mr. Bredel. The cottage is spacious and magnificent, and we loved the beautiful sunsets over the sea. It's peaceful and calm, just right for a relaxing break. Our first visit to Normandy, and we'd gladly come back 😊

Everything was there for a comfortable stay, and the quiet was absolute. The owner is such a kind, charming person. We spent a wonderful week in this magnificent cottage and hope to return for our next holiday. The location is beautiful, as are Etretat and its cliffs. A must-see! The children and our dog enjoyed the fenced garden, and the house had everything we needed, including a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We had a great holiday here, and it's easy to explore the area or go hiking on the nearby chalk cliffs. The only drawback was the tiring walk into town, especially the steep uphill return, which was hard on the kids. That's why I can't give it 5 stars.
