There’s no reception, just an entry code and a key hanging on the door. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the street was very noisy with public transport running right below the room windows. The bed was small, the furniture very basic and cheap, and there was no shampoo or even a bar of soap. We found it very overpriced.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean, right in the center of Bordeaux. There’s no reception, but we received a message explaining how to get in, and it was easy.

There was a major issue, but it was handled really well. For the price, this is the best place in Bordeaux.

Getting in was straightforward: they give you a code for the building, and the room key is waiting by the door. The place is tidy and organized, with air conditioning, spacious-feeling rooms, and a large bathroom. They even leave moisturizer. It's right on the main streets in the city center. I'd recommend it.

In Room 9, even the slightest movement makes the bed creak, and there isn't a shutter. The kettle's awkward too, you have to hold the on button down the whole time for the water to heat.
