The price was very reasonable for the city centre, and having a car park directly across the road was convenient. The location is very good. Our double room, though, was especially cramped and awkwardly arranged. It was hard to walk around the bed, and the toilet was wedged between the wall and sink. Given the size, I personally wouldn’t stay more than two nights.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the service was friendly. The room and its shower and toilet were small, though, and I wish there had been a mini-fridge. Breakfast on the fourth floor was good, with delicious meats and bakery and pastry items. Great location, too.

At Hotel Clemenceau, we found the rooms clean and equipped with what we needed, and the location worked perfectly for us. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Frida, who looked after breakfast each morning and made us feel at home. We had a great stay.

The breakfast was good, but the upstairs room where it was served felt cramped, and the corridors were scruffy. Our double room and bathroom were both tiny. There was barely enough room to get around the end of the bed to reach the bathroom or leave the room. We were so unhappy that we checked out the next day, even though we’d paid for a second night. We found a much better hotel close by for only a little more. This was easily our worst stay with Expedia, and I’m surprised they list the place.
