Aman at reception was a lovely host, with a great smile and an amazing attitude. The bed and sheet were really nice, and the shower was hot and easy to control. I'll be back.

The location is great, close to the city centre and well connected by tram. Staff at reception were super nice and friendly, and the rooms were clean. If you're bikepacking and need a rest and a shower, I can recommend this place: the bike rack in the lobby is basically under supervision all the time.

The location is great, and the staff are friendly. There are cheap dinner options to eat with other guests, so it's easy to meet fellow travelers. My room was okay and had air conditioning. Bring your own lock. The main problems for me were sharing just one toilet and one shower among lots of people from different dorms, and neither was very good. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, which was a big downside.

The lockers were a little too small for my whole bag, but it really wasn't a big deal. The beds were comfortable and roomy enough for a hostel, and the curtains gave complete privacy. The staff were so hospitable and accommodating. I had many lovely conversations with different staff members, who always took time for me with a smile. Being right beside a tram stop also made getting around easy.

The beds were dirty and smelled really bad, and everything felt old. The handmade closets don't lock, so you need to bring your own lock. This is a very bad hostel, and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.
