We didn't manage to try the hotel's restaurant, but the rooftop bar was breathtaking and the drinks were delightful. Bar service was exceptional, and reception staff went out of their way to make our visit pleasant. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean, with every comfort we could want. Over our two days at Hotel 56 Paludate, we were thoroughly impressed. It's also conveniently within walking distance of central Bordeaux. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The only letdown was an empty shower gel dispenser. Otherwise, the hotel lived up to its four stars for our one-night stay. We had a lovely room with a balcony, a fantastic breakfast, and a good location.

Jeremy at the front desk was wonderful, so helpful and nice. The hotel and rooms are new and clean, and we had a great stay. The area seems to be developing, though there isn't much to do nearby yet. The train station is very close.

The young woman at reception was very kind and spent about ten minutes explaining the city centre and tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My only criticism is that breakfast felt quite poor for the price.

A very clean, modern hotel, and I had a good stay. Breakfast could be better, and the service in the bar and restaurant could use a little improvement too. Still, it was very good overall, and I'll go back.
