Annette and Audrey, along with the friendly cleaning staff, made sure we had everything we needed. Merci beaucoup! The hotel is clean and cosy, built from the massive honey-coloured stones typical of Bordeaux. It’s in a quiet area, perfectly placed near the historic centre and close to shops and restaurants. Nearby there’s a landing stage for boats that are part of public transport. Coming back to the hotel in the evening by boat across the Garonne, with the sunset colours reflected on the water, is hard to beat. This hotel was a great choice.

A real old-school local hotel, run by a few people and probably family owned. If you want that kind of experience, where a person says hi, go here instead of a big chain where you check in by machine and never see anyone. It’s super nice and comfy, with stylish rooms and a super stylish interior staircase leading up to them. My girl loved the pillows. I asked the owners about them, and they sent me the link to buy some for her straight away. That was extra, and not something I took for granted.

The hotel is on a quiet street, and it was an easy walk into central Bordeaux. My room was clean and the personal attention was lovely. A fantastic little place. I’d happily stay again.

There are plenty of distinctive restaurants nearby, and groceries are just around the corner. The area felt safe and quiet, with the city centre within walking distance. Annette, the owner, welcomed me and was happy to help with everything I needed. My room was cozy and spotless. It was small, but plenty for me. I loved the place.
