The rooms are small and basic, though the staff are friendly. Take a look at the nearby Mercure, where the rooms are much bigger. Prices here can feel too high for the quality, so check your dates and rates carefully.

The location is perfect, just across from the train station. Our bedroom was clean and spacious, and the service was great, with friendly, helpful staff and a decent breakfast. I'd definitely recommend it for the value.

We paid €121 for one night in August 2025, booking the day before, with breakfast for two. The location worked well for travelers, the room’s AC was working, the Wi-Fi was good, and it wasn’t too noisy. Room 209 felt cramped, which I could accept for the price, but it was in rough shape and seemed poorly maintained. The bathroom especially needed attention. Breakfast was very basic, and the room got much too hot while they kept boiling water for eggs that nobody seemed to use. I’d eat elsewhere. The coffee wasn’t great either, and if you want milk, take it from the counter rather than using the machine’s option.

The price felt fair, and the location was great. Service was good too. The AC didn’t work because the filters hadn’t been cleaned.

I expected the usual comfort and consistency from Ibis, but this stay felt careless and unwelcoming. Nobody offered a welcome drink when I arrived. I’d requested a bath in advance and got a room with one, but it was so small I couldn’t sit in it. It had no taps, just a handheld shower, and when I tried to fill it, brown water came out (see attached photo). It was unusable and unhygienic. This stay was well below par.
