The staff and management did a great job. They were changing the beds throughout the rooms and still kept the service excellent. Congratulations!

After a long day of travel, we arrived at night and I asked the man at the front desk where to park while my friend waited in the car. I didn’t catch his directions the first time, so I apologized and asked him to repeat them. He looked annoyed. After he explained, I went out to tell my friend. My friend saw the man raise his arm and make an obscene gesture at my back. I went back in and asked if he’d done it and why. The next morning, we went down for breakfast but were told we couldn’t eat because there wasn’t enough food. Very disappointed with the stay.

The rooms weren’t clean, with food bits like bread and watermelon seeds left on the floor. Don’t pay for breakfast here. You’d be better off spending 10€ at the Carrefour or a boulangerie right next door.

I didn’t like the hotel’s atmosphere. My first room smelled of body odour, so I asked to move. In the second room, the window wouldn’t shut all the way. It was January and very cold, but I was too tired to ask for another room or my money back, so I stayed. I parked in the Carrefour car park. I’m not sure it was very safe, since anyone could get in, though the car was fine. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the city turns off the street lights at night, making the area look unsafe. It put me off going out.
