The staff are wonderful, really lovely people, and breakfast was nice. It would be helpful to have drinking water in the rooms. The neighbourhood didn’t feel very safe, much like the rest of the city. There are a lot of homeless people, and they can cause problems around the city after a certain hour.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms could use more lighting. I was unsure about the kitschy 3D artwork theme, but it looked better in person and the hotel felt comfortable. For a low-budget place, it was just what I needed and great value. It’s within walking distance of the train station, tram lines, and plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Andrea gave us such a warm, friendly welcome when we arrived. She explained everything clearly and couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a pleasure meeting someone so enthusiastic. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom could use a bit more light. Some of the area looks run-down, though I get the feeling it’s being modernised.

The staff were so kind and warm with guests, and the service was amazing. It’s a great place to stay, close to all the amenities and the main tram station. Definitely one of the best options in Bordeaux!

The room was small but had everything I needed. Breakfast was good, and the location worked well for the train station.
