Les Suites de La Villa Mouneyra

This definitely wasn't the right fit for us. Make sure you check the conditions before booking.

We were four in the family and stayed in an apartment at the Mouneyra residence. It was clean, pleasant, and quiet, with no complaints about the apartment itself. Bordeaux's center is easy to reach on foot from here. Coming by car takes a bit of planning. The area is somewhat difficult to access, and parking can be hard to find, though private parking is available.

The host was very friendly and got in touch well ahead of our arrival. They sent clear instructions for accessing the accommodation and getting the key, so we could check ourselves in. The place was just like the photos, quiet and comfortable, with the basics for a pleasant stay. We'll keep it in mind for our next trip.

The little kitchen had everything we needed for a short visit, and the apartment was nicely furnished. Although it wasn't large, it felt comfortable, and we were surprised by how quiet it was in the back building. The location is very convenient for Bordeaux, with the center a quick walk away, or an Uber if you're in a hurry. You can park just steps from the building for an extra charge. The two single bunk beds are comfortable, though getting to them means using a narrow staircase. That may not suit older guests, but kids love it. There's also a large, comfortable sofa bed that unfolds in the living room. A good place for a few days of holiday or work.
