Just so you know, this isn't a hotel or an official spa. It's an Airbnb studio with a small Jacuzzi and sauna. It isn't really set up for tourists, but could suit a couple from Bordeaux looking to relax for one night. I found it really overpriced.

The loft was comfortable, clean, and in an ideal location, and we particularly enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. We had a very pleasant stay and would do it again. A nicer balcony layout might be a good touch.

The owners replied to our messages and questions almost immediately. The loft was clean, cozy, pleasant, and well located, and we had a wonderful time. A few small things could be better for the nightly price: some outlets didn't work, and the TV equipment was slow and not great quality.

The loft was nice, but breakfast was meager, with stale bread and no milk. We came for a weekend away without our three children, only to have three noisy kids upstairs stomping around until late at night. The person who welcomed us made a comment that didn't sit well with us.

There was plenty to do near this loft in central Bordeaux, and the spa and sauna were pleasant. But there was mold by the bed, and the blind didn't work very well. The price felt a little high for what was included. A small welcome gift would've been a nice touch.
