Those two private afternoon wine tours Béatrice arranged were the icing on the cake. My wife and I spent five fabulous nights at the Lodge, and we felt so well looked after. The accommodations, breakfasts, and her recommendations were highlights of our 15-day trip. We also enjoyed two afternoon tours of local wine regions. Béatrice is a wonderful host. I wish I could give this place ten stars!

We’ve only just started exploring Bordeaux, and I already wish we had booked a longer stay. Beatrice was a terrific hostess, the rooms are superb, and the breakfast and hospitality were wonderful. We’ll be back. Thanks!

The breakfast was exquisite, and the bedroom and bathroom were decorated with such good taste. The house is full of charm and refinement, close to the city center. Béatrice was warm and welcoming, always available but discreet whenever we needed space. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The owner really cares about her guests and made us feel very welcome. We loved the delicious, generous breakfast with local and homemade products, served at a beautifully set table. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location was handy for the city center. It’s hard to imagine a better place to stay in Bordeaux. Everything was fantastic, highly recommend!
