The breakfast had plenty of choices, and the restaurant was amazing for dinner. Our room's layout worked perfectly, and both the bed and bathroom were well appointed. Staff were friendly, kind, patient, and helpful from check-in to checkout, even with our limited French. The hotel is convenient for the river, though the old town is a bit farther away, a short and inexpensive Uber ride. Being away from the crowds and traffic made it quieter and more peaceful. The one letdown was trying to arrange a spa treatment. I'd messaged the hotel that we were celebrating my wife's birthday, but was told to schedule it on arrival. By then, there were no convenient times left. Even so, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property for a few days in Bordeaux.

We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city, with a short walk to the local metro stop and easy access to the centre. Staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. There were thoughtful touches throughout our stay, with so much care and attention to detail. Thank you so much.

Samantha at the restaurant was especially kind and helpful when my wife wasn't feeling well. Tom at the front desk handled each small misunderstanding with impressive professionalism and efficiency, despite his young age. Hugo also gave us fantastic recommendations for some of the best restaurants in town. We spent two nights at the Mondrian Bordeaux and had a wonderful stay. The whole team paid close attention to detail and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Highly recommended!

I only got to stay one night, unfortunately, but this hotel is super good! The atmosphere felt lovely and calming, especially with the dimmed lights. Service was amazing and the location was great. There's a restaurant across the street, which made finding food outside the hotel easy. I'll definitely book here again when I come back to Bordeaux!

The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good, and the spa was cozy. I was especially glad the toilet and bathroom were separate, something many hotels don't have. A wonderful hotel with excellent service. I'd happily return and recommend it to others.
