A warm welcome from very kind staff, and the hotel is not far from the tram for getting around the city. The room and shower were clean, with good room service. The spring bed was comfortable, like the quality you get from the B&B chain. There are a few free parking spots, plus an underground car park offering a special rate for residents. Handy for visiting Le Bassin des Lumieres.

Melissa was an absolutely wonderful manager, helping us with so many small but important things during our stay. The room was spotless, with a view of the port, and our puppy was so grateful for the extra care. Thanks to the lovely B&B team, you’re incredible! Much love from Estonian travellers :)

From my room on the 7th floor I saw a breathtaking sunrise over the Bordeaux port. The shower was amazing, and the new bathroom facilities were great. The rooms are minimal but super comfortable, and the hotel feels very friendly and sustainable. Check-in was extremely easy, and checking out took no time: I left the room-code card in a box at the reception desk. Best quality for the price!

The location was great and the parking next door was excellent. Mathilde made us feel very welcome and talked with us about Bordeaux. We found this hotel a significant improvement over the Rouen where we’d stayed the previous night. A really great experience.

There’s no parking, so I had to use the multi-storey car park next door. It cost 28 euro a night, surely one of the most expensive car parks in Bordeaux. Way, way too expensive 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻
