Villa Erizio - Bordeaux Centre

We had a comfortable stay here with our two kids. The apartment was spacious and in a calm, quiet area, within walking distance of the Museum of Fine Arts and the Cathedral. There’s everything you need in the neighborhood. Public transport on nearby streets goes to the city centre, the main train station and the Pessac Train Station. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was perfect. Definitely recommended.

Mornings were a treat: breakfast things were supplied in the apartment and topped up daily, including a bag of bread and pastries left on the door. We’ll miss that now that we’re home. We stayed in the Flore apartment, which was beautifully decorated and felt like a real home from home. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed, pillows and quality bedding were excellent, and the bathroom had a great shower. The street was quiet, with several tram and bus stops easy to reach on foot. Town wasn’t too far to walk, and there were a few shops nearby plus a couple of nice restaurants further down the street. The owners of Villa Erizio answered every email promptly and sent clear access information in good time. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We’d happily stay here again if we return to Bordeaux.

We slept well, and the apartment’s layout was great. It had everything we needed and the facilities were all available to a good standard. Before heading out to explore, we enjoyed sitting down with fresh bread and pastries each morning. We also found a great bakery and a nearby shop for vegetables and cheese. It made a lovely, quiet base just outside Bordeaux’s main area. Staff we saw were friendly and helped us store our luggage on departure day. Our emails were answered very quickly too. Thanks for a great stay!

Check-in and checkout were really easy, and after checkout there was a locker where we could leave our bags before departure. The apartments were exactly like the photos online, and ours was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen, a great shower and a very comfortable bed. We got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and breakfast was delicious. It’s around a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Absolutely fantastic experience, I’ll come back!
