The gardens were beautiful and well kept, with tables and chairs where you could sit and relax. Inside, the old farmhouse felt homely, was spotless, and had tasteful decor. The food was delicious and wholesome, and the whole stay gave us a lovely break from travelling. Aga was a wonderful host from beginning to end: welcoming, kind, enthusiastic, efficient, and fun. We were travelling from the UK to Switzerland, and this was the perfect place to stop. It has real heart and soul, and we’d definitely stay again.

Aga is so friendly and welcoming, and her home cooked dinner, available on request, is lovely and well worth trying. We spent one night here after a long drive before taking Le Shuttle home the next day. It’s a quiet, lovely bed and breakfast in rural France, conveniently located 5 minutes from the motorway and a couple of hours from Calais. We’d definitely stay again.

The place has a soothing, spotless feel, and the rooms, food, and service were all lovely. It was like stepping into a fairy-tale full of flowers and chickens. Aga has put so much love and passion into the place, and you can really feel it. Thanks, Aga, for welcoming us and our two aussie girls, and for the chicken socks. We hope we can come back someday!

This was our second time stopping here, and it’s such a lovely spot in the French countryside. It works perfectly for travel between France and the UK, and it’s friendly to both dogs and kids. The rooms are cozy and spotless, with everything you need. Aga, the owner, makes you feel at home, and her food is amazing. She serves dinner as well as breakfast, and dinner is really worth it. Thank you, and see you again!

Quiet and clean, with a delicious evening meal and a perfect breakfast in the early morning sun. A lovely hidden gem in the French countryside, highly recommended.
