The rooms feel dated and need updating, and the restaurant doesn't open at weekends. There are no charging facilities for electric vehicles, either. More concerning, there aren't any sockets beside the bed. Anyone who needs a ventilator or another medical electrical device has to trail a lead across the floor from one of the few outlets by the desk. That's unsafe if your partner gets up during the night. I understand controlling access to a large private car park, but charging residents €15 through the barrier system is outrageous, especially when that fee wasn't included or disclosed. This business is taking advantage of its location and the lack of nearby competition. I hope the airport redevelopment brings new hotels and some much-needed competition. Don't be misled into thinking this is a real 4-star hotel.

We had everything we needed, and more, before our early flight the next morning. Pedro deserves particular thanks for making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed, and for being easy to ask questions.

We stayed one night as a family and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The pool was a real bonus: it's large, the water is warm enough to stay in for hours, and there are extra towels. The lounge furniture was well kept. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It's right in the airport area, with its own parking, so it works well before or after a flight from Nantes Airport. I wish every airport had a hotel this nice nearby. Pedram checked us in very professionally and was exceptionally kind and welcoming. You could tell he loves his job.

A clean, spacious room right across the road from the airport, which made an early flight easy. Everything was good, though I did find it odd that there wasn't a 230 VAC socket beside the bed nowadays.

I was charged over $1500 Canadian for one night, even though I didn't use the room, and reception was no help at all. Stay at the B&B next door instead. It's just as close to the airport and lovely, for a quarter of the price. I don't recommend this hotel.
