We came back for a second stay, this time as a group of five in one of the houses. The hilltop spot above Malendure gives you beautiful sea views and stunning sunsets. Everything was in working order, the property was well kept and very clean, and the pool and table tennis area were great extras. Nicole and Florent were also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend it.

A quiet, comfortable, clean place with everything you need and a beautiful view of the Pigeon Islands. It’s conveniently close to Malendure Beach and well placed for visiting Basse-Terre.

We stayed at Ixora 1 for 15 days, and everything was impeccable, from the accommodation to the pool. The gardens are well cared for, and the view is magnificent. It’s quiet and handy for exploring Basse-Terre, with all the amenities and Malendure beach just a few minutes away by car. Florent and Nicole are very kind, accommodating, and always available if you need anything. I highly recommend Les Petites Fleurs de Poirier. Thank you!

Nicole and Florent are quick to respond whenever you need something, and they clearly care about their tenants. The houses are immaculate and in a very good location. A big thank you for their kindness. I highly recommend them.

Florent and Nicole welcomed us so warmly. The house was comfortable and well air-conditioned, and the view was even more beautiful than the photos. We loved the beautifully kept garden, full of different plants and delicious fruit, which Nicole was enthusiastic about showing us. The region is splendid too. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
