Campanile PRIME - Paris Ouest Boulogne

The bed and pillows were REALLY comfortable, and the place was clean. It's near a metro station too. Everything was super, I recommend it.

The location was decent, but the service was appalling and the hotel felt very low standard. The rooms are small, and the showers are difficult to get into. I could understand the receptionists not speaking English, but both of them were a disgrace in how they handled things. I had to remind them three times to book my taxi, and they apologized for forgetting. Then, when they checked my key to arrange the cab, they handed me a key for an occupied room. Someone was asleep inside and understandably upset when I entered, thinking it was my room. An awful experience. Avoid this hotel.

This hotel was horribly overpriced, and I wish I'd read the earlier reviews. It's under renovation, but tools and building materials were left lying around in the narrow corridors, which felt like a real hazard. The staff were awful, especially the man in charge and the way he spoke to customers. An aunt of mine was staying there and suffered a serious injury; if I had the strength, I'd sue them over how it was handled. Hotel quality inspectors should visit and close the place. A disgrace.

Please be careful with your money and belongings here. Police told us this wasn't the first time. My friend had money taken from her luggage, and I believe the Black woman at reception arranged it. She was also very rude and didn't speak English, so she couldn't understand what we were asking.
