Breakfast had a wide range of excellent food, and I also thought the restaurant was quite good for dinner. The location made it easy to explore and get around. I stayed three nights in a spacious, fairly basic room that was comfortable enough for a short visit. Drinking water is only at the station on each floor, so bring a bottle. A solid stay with good food and a convenient setting.

At Mercure Boulogne Paris, the technical team responds quickly to urgent problems and works well together. Follow-up on less urgent requests could be better, and reception needs clearer updates once repairs are finished. Improving those areas would support guest satisfaction and brand standards.

The hotel gets hot. If Paris is in a heat wave, above 85 F / 29 C, don’t expect a comfortable room to sleep in.

I booked two weeks at a high rate and emailed to request a courtyard-view room, but heard nothing. A week later, I followed up and still got no reply. I called the reservation office, was put on hold, and they couldn’t transfer me to reception. For a diamond member, this feels deceptive and unprofessional.
