We’d already driven 1000 km with our 7 children, and everyone was tired, so this was a really upsetting situation. We’d paid for the room and tried to let the hotel know we’d arrive late, but they said that wasn’t possible. The administrator was very rude and didn’t seem willing to communicate. When I asked what we should do, I got no answer, and I still don’t know whether I’ll get my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families with children, since even after paying you can’t know whether the administrator will let you in.

We’d paid for our rooms, but they still wouldn’t let us in. How can that happen? The administrator was very rude. We had 6 children with us and were exhausted after driving 1000 km from Germany.

I had a horrible experience here and won’t be back. The guy working reception overnight was very unfriendly. He eventually gave me a room, but kept complaining that he had to open the parking area for me, and charged an extra fee because I checked in late. Jamais. Jamais.

A handy spot for getting around the region, and the rooms, though fairly small, were very clean. It’s a budget hotel, so keep your expectations modest. For the money, it’s great value.
