The flats were warm, with decent kitchens, and the larger ones even have an open fireplace. There's also a relaxation area with a sauna and similar facilities. Service was amazing, friendly, and efficient.

There's a small grocery shop about 100 meters away, along with a few restaurants in Les Arcs 2000. For more choice, walk a little way up the slope and take the pedestrian gondola to 1950, where there's another supermarket and more places to eat. You can also order fresh bread and pick up firewood at reception. Getting onto the slopes is easy, with a short drag lift right outside in the morning. Walk up to it, or take the elevator in the building across the street. The pool and sauna are nice for a while, though they weren't especially clean. We've stayed here twice. On arrival day, staff called to ask when we'd get there, and check-in was quick and simple. The apartment's a bit dated but perfectly usable. We had four friends in a place for ten, so there was loads of room. Good value for skiers who want a handy base in the area.

The apartments are comfortable and have good equipment. Staff are friendly, and the location works well, with a ski shop on one side and a cafe bar on the other. There's a short button lift to the main area, or an indoor lift across the street.

The location was fantastic, and we had an incredible view of the slopes from our room. We didn't spend much time inside, which was probably just as well. The place felt cold and very basic. There was no central heating in the rooms, so we had to run the oven with its door open to warm the living area. The bathrooms had no radiators, leaving towels damp. The en suite bathrooms didn't have toilets, and with six of us sharing the two toilets in the corridor, that was difficult. The spa was poor, with bad changing facilities and no privacy. To reach it, you have to walk through the underground car park. The sauna and steam room smelled damp and mouldy. Our room wasn't very clean when we arrived either: the cutlery was dirty, and we had to wash everything again. The living room furniture could use an update. The WiFi was terrible. Every time you left your phone, it disconnected and you had to log in again.
