The location was the one good thing: you step straight onto the snow and can slide down to the cable cars. There are bakeries and a supermarket nearby. The apartment, though, was extremely dirty and old. The plates and cutlery still had food on them from previous guests. The floor carpet had sauce stains and smelled bad. The bathroom floor was broken plastic, so we had to wear shoes to avoid cutting our feet, and the bathroom smelled too. There were no electrical outlets in the bedroom, only in the kitchen. There was nowhere to leave skis and boots. The apartment was tiny, but we still had to bring all that gear into the room. We dried our ski clothes on a chair in front of the radiator. The beds had no linen and there were no towels. The blankets provided were unwashed, stained, and smelled as if other people had used them. Who knows how many people had slept under them. It was really unpleasant. We asked reception for bed linen and towels, but they sent us to a shop to buy them. They said that because we booked less than a week ahead, there wasn't time to order them, and they supposedly didn't keep any there. We travel around the world as a family, and this was the first time we'd experienced something so unpleasant. I will never accept arriving at night after driving for hours with two children and finding no bed linen at all. Shameful and unacceptable. We won't return and I don't recommend it. I won't upload the photos I took because I'm embarrassed that a complex would tolerate this kind of thing for its guests.
