The rooms are small for a ski resort, and there's nowhere to hang ski clothes. The staircase down to the spa from the bar is tiny and winding, quite a shock even for us, as we're used to narrow stairs in the Netherlands. This was the worst hotel we've stayed at in a ski resort. For a supposedly three-star place, there's practically no reception area and not even a toilet beside reception. To change into or out of ski clothes if you arrive early or leave late, you have to follow a long corridor and go down half a flight of stairs to a tiny toilet. The other option is to go down three floors to the restaurant toilets, which were inexplicably locked and smelled awful. Breakfast was the worst we've had at a ski resort: no hot food, little choice, and everything was low quality. The set dinner menu was poor as well, and service was worse. They forgot one person's appetizer until we asked about it ten minutes later.
