The location is good, but that's about it. The place feels very old. I've stayed in lots of chalets in France, and this may be the worst, despite being far from the cheapest. We had to make our own beds, then ask for towels and sheets at 11 pm. WiFi costs extra and barely works. The lifts are awful, and the spa feels far too small for such a huge building. They hadn't sent any instructions through booking about collecting the keys or finding the place on the map. There are much better places around, so keep looking 🙏🏻

There were only three beds in the room for six: two double beds and a bunk bed. We arrived as six people travelling independently, and there was no mention of this setup on the website, so it was an unpleasant surprise. Getting to and from the apartments also means walking hundreds of metres through several very slow lifts, which often get blocked at busy times. That's especially inconvenient with ski gear. At checkout they charged 65Eur for cleaning because of a few crumbs on the table and a spoon the dishwasher hadn't cleaned well. I really don't recommend this place.

The location and friendly staff were the only good parts of this "hotel." You have to make the beds yourself, and the rooms have no soap, salt, coffee, or even dishwasher detergent. They give you an inventory of the apartment to sign, as though you're expected to steal something, then expect you to clean everything, including the bathroom and toilet, before checkout. The pool and sauna come with no robes or separate towels. Also, "double bed" in the room description means a bunk bed. In similar reviews, the owners say this isn't a traditional hotel. Then don't call it 4*, since the stay doesn't offer that level of service.

The resort and skiing were great, and the staff were nice and did their best, but I won't stay in this building again. Our shower leaked beneath the bathroom tiles and soaked the bedroom carpet. The stains made it look like this had been going on before we arrived. Getting to the apartment from the paid car park meant taking three separate lifts, each with long waits at peak times. The apartment had almost nothing: a coffee machine but no filters or coffee, no shower soap, too little toilet paper for a week, and no dishwashing detergent. The mattress might have been less comfortable than a concrete floor. We had to bag up the towels and sheets and take them to the laundry trolley, and guests are asked to count everything in the apartment, even the spoons. It feels like a backpacker hostel where they expect you to steal or wreck things.
