Residence Le Coeur d Or

We really enjoyed the spa after spending the day in the mountains. The room was cosy and roomy, and having a kitchen with a microwave, hob, dishwasher and the rest made it easy to cook dinner in the evenings. The place is very handy for the shops, station and mountain funicular. Service was friendly, professional and informative. We’ll definitely come back.

We had a great holiday at the residence. The spa has a pool, sauna, steam room and gym, and the staff were friendly and professional. They also gave us useful suggestions for places to go and where to hire ski equipment. The station is under a 10-minute walk away, supermarkets are less than five minutes on foot, and the funicular is around a 15-minute walk.

The rooms were spotless and looked just like the photos online. Reception was helpful, and the pool and spa were clean and perfectly fine. The location is convenient, right by the main road with easy parking, MacDo and large supermarkets close by. It’s about a 10-minute walk into town, and a free bus stops outside for the station, town and funicular. Booking directly offered better deals than booking .com.

We had a really good time using the pool, hammam and sauna. Our apartment had good facilities and there was space in one of the rooms for our baby’s bed. The Wi-Fi could be better, although I did manage to watch a live football match with only a short delay :-). The receptionist was a capable, pleasant woman. Two supermarkets are next door, and Cherry Garden is nearby for very good Thai food. The village centre is also within walking distance.
