Philippe was so helpful and knew the region well, and he made us feel right at home. The house sits in a lovely garden with a really nice pool. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. The whole area felt like a little paradise, peaceful and full of wine, good food, and friendly people. See you next time, Philippe.

We had a great three days here with three couples. Philippe gave us a really warm, friendly welcome. The house is comfortable and exceptionally well equipped, and the swimming pool was a real plus. It’s in a very peaceful spot. We recommend it wholeheartedly. - Sylvie

Philippe and Sylvie were attentive, helpful, and friendly hosts, which made us feel so welcome. We chose Le Pain de Lune for a long weekend because of its location and relaxing atmosphere, and it lived up to that. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the place itself is magnificent. Philippe knows the Gironde region inside out and can point you toward whatever you’d like to see. We came to explore the area as we’re hoping to settle there soon, and discovered "Pain de Lune." Philippe is a former hotelier, and his experience shows in his professionalism and warm welcome, alongside an unpretentious manner. The building is magnificent and has been renovated with taste, and the decor is lovely. Breakfast was wonderful, though my wife thought a few savory choices would have been nice. We’ll need to come back several times, and we know we’ll be warmly welcomed.
