The hosts made us feel very welcome and were happy to accommodate us. The cottage works well for a group of about twenty, and the peaceful little hamlet has a lovely, timeless charm. A great place to unwind.

The homemade meals were a real highlight, generous and tasty, made with local ingredients and plenty of care. We also loved the quiet surroundings, the nearby walks, and being able to switch off for a while. The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well equipped, with a kitchen that had what we needed and good bedding. It’s ideally placed for a restful weekend. Valérie and GéGé were kind, warm hosts, attentive without hovering. We all left happy, well fed, and already keen to come back.

I had a fantastic time hiking the Camino de Santiago between Périgueux and Bergerac. Valérie's meals were delicious, and Gérard was a great driver. They’re both lovely hosts. Thanks again, I’d definitely recommend the experience!

We had a really good, relaxing stay. The hosts were friendly, discreet, and available, and the pool was a great addition. The green, hilly grounds are shaded, and the beautiful stone cottage for eight stayed cool. It has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC, plus a third bedroom for four, with another bathroom and WC. That layout worked perfectly for two couples and four children. Périgueux and Bergerac are both about 30 minutes away.

Valérie and Gérard gave us a lovely welcome. Their cottage is peaceful and tucked away in nature, and we’d be glad to return someday.
