Breakfast was like a painting, and the staff were kind and welcoming. I was passing through with my dog and everything went smoothly. Marmot, the hotel dog, was wonderful, too. The place has real personality, and while I’d happily stay again, perhaps for a weekend or a celebration, the rooms could use an upgrade. I’m also not keen on the all-in-one plastic bathrooms. Still, the rest more than made up for that. It was dark when we arrived, so I hadn’t realized the hotel was on the lake until then.

We only spent one night here while traveling south, and I would have liked to stay longer. The setting is beautiful, the hosts are delightful, and the food was delicious. Our room was comfortable and modern. We’d love to return.

I first stayed here in November 2024 while working at the cement plant nearby. It was quiet, good value, and just right for sleeping after a hard day’s work. I came back in April 2025, and it still deserved all five stars.

Right by the lake, it’s a lovely place to take a stroll. We stayed one night while traveling from France to Portugal, and everything went well. The welcome was very warm, dinner was excellent, and the room was super comfortable. Highly recommended.

Quiet and clean, with lovely rooms and a good view. A cool little place. Recommended.
