The room was freezing, with the window wide open, and there were no sheets or blankets. The bed hadn't even been made, despite the card on the doorknob saying the room had been cleaned. We only needed a cheap place for one night and expected nothing fancy, just somewhere to sleep. I’ll file a formal complaint and ask for a refund. I can’t recommend it, and would tell people to choose another roadside hotel.

The sink in the room was nice, but breakfast was pretty poor. There was no cheese or ham to put on bread, for example. The walls are really thin, and the toilet and shower rooms felt like they were made of plastic inside.

The rooms and beds were clean, and everything else was great. We arrived very late, so there wasn't any service, which we hadn't expected anyway. One toilet light was broken and the toilets were quite dirty, but given how late it was, I didn't really mind.

The showers had very poor ventilation and fungus had formed. In July, our room was over 35 degrees, with no working mechanical ventilation. Opening the window didn't help because there was no breeze, and all it brought in was highway noise over 70 dB. I couldn't sleep. It felt like torture. Prison cells are more comfortable than these rooms.

The price is low, and it's an okay place to stop while passing through. Some fixes would be simple: provide cups in the rooms, repair the holes in the bed covers, and make sure the toilets flush toilet paper. The bigger problems are poor ventilation and shower heads that shoot out jets of water that actually hurt.
