The sea view and decor were beautiful, but calling this villa luxurious is misleading. When we arrived in August 2024, the pool was opaque and completely green. It took three days and several attempts with different treatments before it was usable. We had four children with us, aged 7 to 11, and were told they could swim without concern, despite official recommendations about the water and the treatments used, including two shock chlorinations in three days. That felt dishonest. It was also a struggle to get the owner to acknowledge that losing access to the pool was a real loss. Our compensation request was met with contempt and condescension, and only on the last day, after the concierge service intervened, were we offered €200 for a week that cost €4,500. The setting is lovely, but the owner's stinginess and lack of scruples are at odds with my values.

The infinity pool gives you the feeling of swimming right into the sea, and the view from the clean, upscale villa is breathtaking. We had a wonderful stay, thanks in part to the friendly, welcoming owners. I highly recommend the place. We left with lovely vacation memories and already want to return.

I return to Casa Dalessio every June, so I know it very well. The hosts are welcoming and attentive, and make sure you're comfortable. The house is elegant and thoughtfully designed, and waking up to that marvelous sea view is a real treat. I'd recommend it to family and friends.

Cap Corse is magical, and Bastia is about 20 minutes away. We spent 8 days at the villa with family for my 60th birthday. The weather wasn't kind to us, but the view was still incredible, and I really recommend the place. Monique welcomed us warmly and was charming and available throughout our stay. The owners were very nice too, and we exchanged a few emails and WhatsApp messages while getting ready for the trip.
