Chambres d'Hotes Le Clos Marie

We enjoyed the evening meals, and everything was impeccable. This was our second stay at Clos Marie, where the hosts were so kind, attentive, and welcoming. I’d forgotten a few toiletries, and they kindly returned them to me. I’d go back without hesitation.

We were so comfortable that we hated to leave. During our week-long business trip, Isabelle and Gérald welcomed us with open arms and spoiled us with delicious home-cooked meals. They’re lovely people, and we really felt at home. Their little dog, Légende 🐕, is adorable. Isabelle also offers Sophrology and Reflexology. It seems like a perfect spot for a family weekend if you want to unwind. Lucile & Pascal

The rooms are really spacious and well equipped, with a private bathroom and toilet that had everything we needed. Légende, the dog, is very friendly. We got a warm welcome, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We highly recommend it.

We’d be happy to return on our next stay in the Haut-Bugey region. Isabelle and Gérald are extraordinary people, very accommodating and pleasant, and they share their many passions. They’re excellent regional guides for walks as well as food. Much of what they serve is local, prepared with great care, and we had lovely moments at their table and in the living room by the fireplace. The welcome was exceptional, the house and rooms were very high quality, and the hygiene was impeccable.
